Farhad has several years of design and field experience in the field of building science with the main focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. He has been involved with numerous projects ranging from building enclosure failure assessment, full and targeted building envelope restoration, asset management and energy audit for existing multi-family residential and commercial buildings. He has also been involved with several building envelope design, field review and energy modeling for new construction buildings ranging from single-family houses to multi-unit residential buildings.
Farhad holds Professional Engineering designation (P.Eng.) in the province of British Columbia, Certified Professional (C.P.), Certified Energy Advisory (CEA) through Home Builders' Association of BC and Registered Roof Observer (RRO) through IIBEC. He is a member of BCBEC and ASHRAE. He has published several papers and attended top international building physics' conferences as a presenter.
