BMAC served as the fire suppression engineer for Park & Maven. It is 15 acre, 3 phase master planned community with 7 lowrisre buildings. BMAC has designed phases 1 & 2 with the last phase in the works. In total the development will be comprised of over 700 residential units. The project also features over 20,000 square feet of dedicated amenities.
